Lovely to see photos of Daisy & Charlie Brown at a recent reunion. At present we're swamped with building works and checking on news is sometime delayed. Is there a date we could consider for the autumn to meet up when life might return to some normality for us? Very Happy

Well we would love to meet up with all new Serra Owners. Can they come forward and suggest a venue and date and perhaps we can work around this.
Autumn is the best time for us a we have things going on over the next couple of months with various hobbies and interests etc.,

We do need to know what other Serra owners are thinking about the breed to go forward. We really do need this breed to be recognized by the UK Kennel Club.

That would be a great idea. What area is the most central for us all. We need to find out who is the most north, east and west - There are once in Kingsbridge, devon & Portsmouth & Basingstoke.

Well I wondered about the Malvern Three Counties show until I saw they don't allow dogs! So I scratch my head again. Are there any autumn dog shows that would be appropriate? Question There's the Richmond Dog Show, Surrey the beginning of September. Any good?

Richmond Show is around the 6/7/8th September but we would not be allowed to walk around the show with un-entered dogs. I'm working on 8th September at Slough with Spud.
We took Herbert to the Kent County Show (Agricultural Show) on Friday to give him a walk around. There were hundreds of dogs with their owners and a special section for dog owners. Even the Kennel Club had a stand. This is the sort of show we need.
Paws in the Park is still on in September but I think this would be too far for people to come but is an ideal show for dogs and owner.

Sorry Nichola but we can't make Welsh K/c this year as dogsitting. I judged at Three Counties this year and would love to meet up at Malvern sometime perhaps next year at the April Show WLKCS?

Paws in the Park, Detling Kent http://www.pawsinthepark.net/ This would be impossible for us, but I agree it's not central for the majority. This is a hard task folks and probably needs a long term commitment and holding to the dates. Nothing precludes a couple of us meeting up as Gina & Louise did so successfully reently and as Kate & Nicola plan to do. Laughing A Paws in the Park is good suggestion and great fun. I've looked for 2014 bookings but so far haven't found one. I can't be away until September with all the works here sorry Nicola, Builth is a lovely venue. I guess too September would be as late as we would want because of the weather. Lets keep looking. Laughing
