Hi All

If you remember we are planning to meet up at a Companion Show on the 14 September. Details below.

Please do not be put off by the fact it is a charity show you do not have to enter it is just a location and if you want you can enter.

We hope lots of you can come and meet your fellow Serra owners for a good chat and exchange stories.

How did you all get on? Would have loved to have been there.
We returned from the Brighton job by 1.30 p.m - having got up at 4.00 a.m to be at the venue by 8.00 a.m. It was very cold but not raining - hope your weather was better. I was expecting a very wet day but we were very lucky as the sides of the gazebo were open to the elements. Over 6,000 people came to the Color Run and a huge success. Lovely atmospehere and very nice people on the day. Spud loved his day out once again.
Daisy however, I understand had her usual sulk when the dogsitter came in. Herbert just adores the sitter but would have preferred to have been out and about with us.

Hi

We had a great time 7 serra turned up in all and we had a go at showing and generally got placed although afterwards the judge said that he thought they were Portuguese Water Dogs!!!!! bit of a worry considering they got placed.

The baby of the group was the only one to get a first in prettist bitch and well deserved she is so cute.

We had a group photo taken and will upload it once it arrives.

Starting to plan the next meet up!!!!

It was great to meet new and old friends here's to the next one.

It was a good day and lovely to see everyone. Laughing The dogs behaved very well - I am always reminded of how much patience & practice is needed by owners to enable their dogs to show at their best. My two are like country bumpkins in such environments - overwhelmed by the number of people and sophisticated behaviour of the dogs. I sometimes I think I've let mine down but we're content across our open fields. Wink Brilliant of Eric & Trish to come so far with Zeta. Zeta was looking good & content with her new family. Laughing We all did well given the distances between us all. Thank you Nicola for finding the venue. Laughing
