I've looked up the dates for "Dogs Unleashed" in Bakewell in June.
If we are not working I would like to come.

I would also like to know where you are planning the dog show, so look forward to dates and venue. Another we would like to come to all being well and not working.

Yes, these events are interesting. Is this site still relevant to keeping people up to date or do most of you use the Facebook site? Facebook has a wider international audience.

I think most people use Face book nowadays but for personal reasons I have not got an account. On this site you give the Breed Standard, have a membership list and is UK based, also insight to any illnesses/problems the Serra may encounter.
It's also helpful for prospective judges finding out about this breed in the UK.

Hi All

We have a judge coming over from Portugal for this event so if you are able to come that will be great.

It is at the end of June at Bakewell, Derby and is a two day event with camping available.

We have a Serra Stand at the event and having a fun dog show as well.

See below

Thanks for the info. Would like to know what day you are holding the dog show as this is a two day event.

Not sure if we will be able to come as my house sitter has decided to retire but would really like to know what days you are planning the events at the moment we have a free weekend for that date.

Hi All

Well I can report that the weekend went very well and generated a lot of interest in the breed as well as raised the profile.

We had our first Serra Show although it would have been nice to have had more of us but we had 8 so not too bad - Judged by Nelson Verde and had good feed back on the breed.

Will post some pictures soon.

Nicola

Well done Nicola. Excellent to have Nelson Verde with you. I look forward to the photographs. Laughing

So pleased that the event was so successful. The stand looked great and looks as if there was plenty of information on the breed.
Daisy sends her apologies, she would have loved to have been there too.

Sorry can't make it this time as we are working that weekend. Daisy would have loved to have come as she is fed up staying at home.
The Welsh Kennel Club show at Builth Wells is held in a lovely setting so if anyone out there gets the chance to, go.
